Kodi:
1) Mantrabands:
- The particular one that I have I mentioned in my last post, it is a rose gold "believe" bracelet. I have absolutely been loving it, it adjusts to the size of my wrist really well and doesn't irritate my skin (I have a nickel allergy). I think it is a fantastic way to remind me every morning when I put it on to believe in myself. The packaging of the bracelet was also fantastic, it came with the message, "Because every journey starts with believing, and belief will keep you going. Believe in yourself, believe in your dreams, believe you can."
- So when it comes to makeup I have always been terrified of lip color, but these color sticks are amazing. They feel just like chapstick but they add a really nice light shade of color. I have been wearing them almost every day during the summer and own almost every color. They make it look like I put effort into my makeup, but to me it just feels like chapstick.
- My roommate introduced me to this tea this past winter, and as I was moving into a new dorm for the summer I found an unopened box and it has been all that I have been drinking this month. I have never been a huge fan of the taste of green tea, but this one tastes like Christmas in a cup and is the perfect way to start my day.
- So, because my hair is being destroyed on the daily because of the show I am currently in, it really needs a savior to keep it healthy. So far, this has done the trick, granted I have only been using it for about a month, but my hair always feels super glossy and soft after a shower. Plus it smells amazing.
- I realize that I may be judged for this one, but their music has cheered me up many a time this month. Believe it or not, I had never really listened to their music until this month (I tend to be pretty behind on these things). But, I kind of sort of fell in love with them. Their music makes me feel great about myself and is super fun and upbeat which was just what I needed to stay happy.
Hudson:
1) HURRAW:
- Since my diet only consists of things that grow out of the ground I felt it was only right that my skincare products were made out the same things. So over the past year I have been in search of products that are plant made and organic and this month I found that in Hurraw Lip Balm. Not only is it all of those things in one...But it also works amazingly!
- This month I had the amazing opportunity to participate in The Color Run for my second time! I highly recommend signing up for one. It's great for marathon runner to couch potatos. So check out the locations and see if there is one heading your way!
- Word on the street is that Kimonos are in this season and I couldn't happier. Kimonos make a drab, fashionless girl like myself look like a stylish fashionista. They are easy, light, and do not suffocate you in the summer heat. Let's just say I've been wearing mine almost everyday this month.
- This next favorite may look like two but it's only my favorite if you put them together. The sweet, saltiness of the pretzel mixed with the tangy, bitterness of the mustard definitely has satisfied all of my snacking needs!
- What can say about this movie other than GO SEE IT (especially if you've read the book)! Oh and don't forget a box of tissues, coat sleeves are not enough.
